since you can't tell in the picture, my hair goes down to about 2 inches past my shoulders.

I'd like to cut my hair short-ish (above the shoulders at least) because i'm trying to get all of the over processed and fried bits off (believe me, i've been dying my hair since 4th grade and i have gone from dark brown to blonde several times, the bottom 4 inches or so are not exactly in great shape)

if you have other suggestions then i'm willing to listen =)

I think that it would look great, but keep in mind that a cut like that usually is worn with some highlights and considering that you want to let the damaged hair grow out.... well it might not look as piece e ... also just a note that that style will take some product and some work on keeping it to look like the picture you have. Regardless cute cut!

But my advice is too not get that haircut.. That is kinda for rebellious teenagers.. If you want a change, i think you should add some highlights. =] I personally think this would be the best for you.

i think that if your cutting your hair because you want your hair healthier than thats great.it will look good and make you feel great,a hair cut allways does

For your bone structure I wouldn't recomend it. Maybe like a layerd look that goes right to your shoulders...... sord of like the one in my avatar. That hair style would make your jaw and cheek bones look wider. You should ask a hair stylist.

by the way those are really beautiful eyes thats the color i wish i had.

Might look quite nice. I happen to like that hair style so I'm a little biased to begin with though. I say give it a shot. It's only hair, it'll grow back so you might as well experiment with it.

You have incredibly striking blue eyes by the way. I'm sure you've heard that before but I had to say so anyway. :)

For sure, it is always good to step out of the norm and try something new. It looks like the hairstyle is quite versatile, so when it grows it will be easy to change it up and turn into different hairstyles. I have really long hair and I just recently got a modern mullet yes weird, but cool and I love it because I can do so many different things, and I did it for me.

i just got mine done like that too! do it! i think it would look great on you! make it sit on your shoulders or dangle right above your shoulder and not too many noticable layers! plus...dont go for the lip ring and 3 pounds of eyeliner in that pic! lol

I think you're beautiful as you are, but I understand regarding the ends. Maybe just trimming it a bit shorter will help with that, no need to go wild or anything.
