What can I do to make my hair better?

What can I do with my hair from this point? Should I let it grow out more? Should I let it grow more then straighten it? Should I cut it? If so, how short? If I were to dye it, what color would you recommend? Things like that. I'm looking for general improvement.

Okay, first I would let it grow for about 3 months with no REAL haircut, just shaping, tell your stylist that you only want to shape it up while you let it grow a little, they'll know what to do. While this is happening get some good conditioner, like Infusium23 Moistuology about $6 @ Target or CVS, use it as directed on the bottle. Your hair seems to be a fine texture and will not need a lot of oil, but that conditioner will work for you without greasing it up. What it will help with is to loosen the curls into waves...growing it some will also give it weight and help pull those loose curls downward. Then you should do a casually shaggy, messy, kinda choppy cut! Good luck and I hope this helped you some!

i think it would like nice if you grew it out and straightened it. you know, the shorter the hair the curlier it is. the long the less.

Oh definitely don't cut it shorter or straighten it. I love the color of your hair and how curly it is. Guys with dark curly hair like that look so good when their hair is a little longer than you have it.

Just my opinion.. it's really nice. I think you should not color it too much, you could lighten it a bit to give you a sort of sun kissed look if you wanted that whole surfer look, But... since your hair is so curly you should grow it out a bit because I think it would look nicer.

P.S. One of my favorite actors Antonio Banderas has had his hair short and curly a few times. He looks so great like that!
