How can I get my hair like my avatar?

I have dark, straight hair that doesn't curl up when it gets long. I used to have my hair like my picture, but then I got it cut and now I'm not sure if it will grow out like that. Any suggestions?

if its straight just let it grow, but make sure while its growing u go n get a trim regularly !!

its new but I am helping guys with all the hair trends that they SHOULD get to know....

like it sounds like you could benefit from owning a small skinny flat iron....then you could make it flick on the ends...that's what we do when shooting editorial photos of hair....

why not use them in real life...
